Plain-English summary. Embers is pre-launch. By joining the waitlist you agree we can email you about the launch. That's it. No purchase obligation. No data resale. Founders pricing locked at signup is honored at launch as long as you sign up within 90 days of public launch and the email matches. A full Subscription Agreement will replace these terms when paid plans go live.

1. Acceptance

By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these waitlist-phase terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't submit the form.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Embers is not currently offered to users under 18.

3. The waitlist itself

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, charge a card, or guarantee access.
We will email you when Embers launches with an install link or signup invite.
Founders pricing locked at signup means: the tier price displayed at the moment you signed up will be honored as your subscription price for as long as you maintain an active subscription, provided you convert to a paid account within 90 days of public launch.
If we never launch (we plan to, but the universe is the universe), no obligation transfers.

4. Communications

We may send you up to a few short product updates between signup and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@tryembers.com or clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.

5. Acceptable use of the waitlist form

Don't submit fake emails, automate signups, or use this form to test bot capacity. We reserve the right to remove abusive entries.

6. Intellectual property

The Embers name, logo, "keep every thread warm" tagline, copy, design, and code on this site are owned by Assay Ventures. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. No warranty

This pre-launch site and the waitlist are provided "as is." We don't warrant the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the launch will happen on any specific date (we're aiming for Summer 2026 — see the FAQ).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for anything related to the waitlist is limited to $0 (zero) since you have not paid anything.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these waitlist-phase terms before launch. Material changes will be communicated via email to the waitlist before they take effect.
